User role (Student, Teacher, Parent, or School Administrator)
School name (if applicable)
Data that will be deleted
User account
Profile information
Email address
School information
Activity history
Uploaded content (if applicable)
Data retained (if required)
Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance. Any retained information will be deleted after the applicable retention period.
Processing Timeline
Your account deletion request will be reviewed and completed within 30 days. Once completed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.
